Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
     To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:
  • The return/exchange request is initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The organic pillow(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

  1. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery at info@naturetechsimpleinventions.com or call +91 9011065862 / +91 8999575387. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Step 2: If eligible, we will approve your request and provide a return address (B5 SOBA Savera Apartment, Behind Vidya Bank, Bibvewadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India 411037).

  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  1. Conditions for Denial
     Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:
  • The request is made after 5 days of delivery.

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or improper packaging.

  • The item is returned without prior approval from our team.

  1. Damaged/Defective Products
  • If your organic pillow arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue for verification.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
